Come aboard HORNET for a day of celebration and fun. Celebrate a child’s birthday or have a team party aboard an aircraft carrier!

The USS Hornet Museum is sure to provide an unforgettable experience for your group:

• Celebrate your party in our decorated historic Crew’s Mess, including party favors.
• Get up close to amazing aircraft including an F-14 Tomcat, F-8 Crusader, S-2 Tracker, FJ Fury, A-4 Skyhawk, a variety of helicopters, and an authentic Apollo Capsule.
• Stand on the Flight Deck and sense the thrill of aircraft being launched.
• Climb to the Navigation Bridge and stand at the helm where captains bravely commanded the 900-foot, 41,600-ton ship.
• Walk through Officers’ Quarters, Crew’s Berthing, Medical Spaces, and other areas while imagining what life was like on a floating city.
• Have a chance to meet former crew and hear their personal experiences.
• Conclude your visit with a thrilling flight simulator ride, recreating a F-18 Desert Storm mission that has you being launched from the flight deck of an aircraft carrier.

Our party coordinator will be there to greet your group and ensure that your party is a success.

Rates

$28.00 per person, minimum 10 guests. Advance payment is required at least two weeks prior to the event date.
