11:00 am Veterans Day Ceremony on the Hangar Deck

• Color Guard by BSA Troop 154 Oakley
• National Anthem & Armed Forces Medley w/Hornet Band
• Salute to Veterans with us today
• Remembrance & Appreciation by Chaplain Whatley
• Retire the Colors by BSA Troop 154 Oakley
• At the conclusion of the ceremony, we invite you to the Fantail for a Blessing of the Wreath Toss.

Throughout the Day

• Make a Thank You Card. Cards will be taken to veteran homes
• Explore the Ship & See Our Exhibits. Self-guided & docent-led tour options throughout the day
• Ride the Flight Simulator! (Purchase tickets in the Ship’s Store)
• Sit in a real Jet Cockpit!
• Selfie with Buzz the Hornet. Find Buzz for a photo-op
• Meet a Veteran. Hear their stories
• Relax. Visit the Blue Jackets Family Room, Cafe or Flight Deck
